HD lace is required for all services. Please ensure the lace is not purchased pre-cut or previously cut by you.
Each service has a drop-off deadline. To keep your appointment on track, please review our drop-off guide. Missing your service deadline will result in cancelation or an added rush fee.
If you plan to come-in with a braid down, kindly ensure your braids are flat and connect as shown in the picture. Your edges should be clean of any product edge control, gel, or oils. If your appointment needs to be rescheduled due to the state of your braids, a new deposit will be required.
If color/highlights are requested, please ensure a color request form is completed before booking an appointment. Keyosha will confirm if the color is approved, a price estimate, and your drop-off deadline within 24-48 hours. Once approved you can book your appointment directly on the site. Without approval, your appointment may be canceled or incur additional fees.
A 15 minute grace period is provided, after which a $15 late fee is applied. After 45 minutes your appointment is canceled.
If an appointment is canceled by either Keyosha or the client, the deposit will remain non-refundable and non-transferable.
While deposits are non-refundable, they can be used toward one reschedule. Your remaining balance is due at your appointment and can be paid via cash or Zelle.
You can reschedule once with your deposit just text Keyosha by your drop-off deadline. If the new date is more than 3 weeks away, a $30 reschedule fee will be applied. The reschedule fee allows you to pick a new date within 60 days of your original appointment. If no communication is made, your appointment will be canceled.
